Meet your coach
Mila Clarke is an integrative nutrition health coach, author, blogger and a person living with Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults.
Mila has worked as a food journalist, recipe developer, and cookbook recipe tester. Her passion for community began when she was diagnosed with diabetes in 2016, and she wanted to find a way to connect with others who were living with the same condition.
She created her blog, Hangry Woman, and her App Glucose Guide as a platform where people with diabetes could learn about the condition, take away tips for living a better life with diabetes, and feel more confident in the journey they’ve taken with a trained coach by their side.
Her biggest flex? She offers this platform for free on iOS, Google Play, and web. Members can enjoy the app content for free, or donate whatever they can to help support the effort.
Mila is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nutrition, with a focus on Applied Nutrition. She one day hopes to become a Registered Dietitian.

Mila is inspirational! I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at only 19 y/o. I appreciate her realness about living with the condition and thriving.
